Meet Dr. Ernest Wayde, Founder and CEO

The famed footballer Pele said "Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do." 

 

Dr. Wayde has always had a passion for people, processes, and technology. He enjoys integrating these elements to help you develop your organization.  He understands that the hard work and perseverance that leaders invest in their business partnered with expertise in organizational development and technology management can take your business to the next level. 

 

Ernest's educational background includes a doctorate in Clinical and Cognitive psychology from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) as well as a fellowship in Organizational Development from the Veterans Health Affairs National Center for Organization Development.  Additionally, Dr. Wayde holds a masters in Information Systems from Wright State University, along with numerous certifications in Artificial Intelligence from the Microsoft Academy and certification from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy.​

In his past experience, Ernest worked as a senior systems manager for a software company. More recently, Ernest has provided coaching and consulting to executive leaders in healthcare across the United States. As a Prosci Change Management practitioner and trainer, he has firsthand experience leading change on a broad scale and can speak directly to the challenges involved.

Ernest was also formerly the Director of Data Management and Evaluation, Director of Innovation Technology Advancement Lab, and acting Director of Change Management Coordination at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
